*TERMS & CONDITIONS
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Each person is responsible to have the proper documentation for any travels they select. The required valid time period presently for travelling is at least 6 months after the date of travel and it is important to be aware if changes arises regarding the required time period. If in doubt, check with the respective consulate of the country(s). Each person is required at the time of completing the registration form for
the voyage escape events, to make reservations in the full name listed on his/her legal documents (eg passport).
OFFERED SERVICES: With the multiple services Events With Class offers, it is possible not all terms & conditions will apply to every service we offer. However each offered service will have it's terms and conditions at the time of contract completion. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this.
PAYMENTS: All payments made for the various services rendered by Events With Class are non-refundable and non-transferable. We seek to obtain the best and special rates from the various airlines, hotels/resorts, organizations and business' we contract with and we are also binding to theses terms and agreements. We seek to make each event attainable and monthly payments when applicable, affordable. Payments are accepted through Paypal, credit/debit card or bank transfer. Individual arrangements may be made as deemed fit and appropriate.
ADDITIONAL NOTES RELATING TO TRAVEL: Events with Class reserves the right to refuse to accept individual(s) under the following circumstances - a) compromsing the safety of other travellers b) compromising the convenience and comfort of those travel participants c) anything that prohibits Events With class in carrying out an effective travel event. With regards to those traveling with disability(s) please advise the organiser, Events With Class at time of registering for the travel event will make all possible arrangements to ensure your comfort. However, we cannot be held liable or responsible for any form of denials by the airlines, hotels/resorts or any contacted business or organisers. It is strongly advised for such a person to travel with an assistant in attendance, as this would not be the responsibility of Events with Class.
OTHER RELATED TERMS: Events With Class will not be responsible for any loss, damage or of other such nature of the customer/attendant while participating in any events or services rendered. Where necessary, insurance coverage(s) is usually the best means where required, for this means of protection.
By taking part in any of the events organised by Events With Class you give permission for any photos, filming and reproduction of images taken at any EWC event, to be used for future events and for achieving all Events With Classaims and goals. This includes the right to use them in printed and on-line publicity, any promotions, social media, press releases and any other areas deemed relevant. *If you do not wish to be photographed at any event please inform Events With Class for this to be avoided.
